Justin W. Wayment

Wayment (Partner) left a large dairy farm Burley, Idaho to pursue an education at Brigham Young University, where he graduated Cum Laude, with an undergraduate degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology in 1991 and an undeclared minor in Ballroom Dance. Thereafter, he graduated from Gonzaga University in 1994 with a Juris Doctorate where he clerked for the Honorable Royce Moe, Spokane Washington Superior Court. Upon returning to Utah, employment was obtained with the Department of Corrections and Utah Attorney General's office. Justin eventually returned to the farming community and has established as practice in Southern Utah focusing on both private and governmental practice. For every twenty years Justin Wayment has practiced general civil law in the areas of real estate, water, domestic, corporate and business law while still maintaining a strong emphasis in government work. He is the attorney for Parowan City, Beaver City, Paragonah Town and Kanosh Town, and works as an advisor for several other communities. He has worked on several projects for Utah Association of Municipal power Service, and has assisted several other communities throughout Utah on various specialized projects. Justin is currently a Board Member for the Iron County School Foundation Board, and the children's justice center, and serves on several other community service-volunteer organizations. He is married to Wendy Wayment and has four children
